Chloe joined Talk The Talk in May 2022 and now manages our school liaison advisors and administrators who support schools before and after the delivery of our workshops. Our partnership with the Jack Petchey Foundation and Talk The Talk social media are key areas of responsibility for Chloe. Before joining Talk The Talk, Chloe lived and worked in South Wales while completing an MSc in Forensic Psychology and returned to Gloucestershire after graduating in 2022.
Mark is Director of Talk The Talk and has been with the charity since September 2015. He has twenty years’ experience in business, logistics and event management. Mark also supports schools across England and Wales with their Talk The Talk programmes as well as developing relationships with funding partners.
Richard started with Talk The Talk in April 2018, prior to which he worked in the education sector since 2009. Richard worked both within UK schools as a science teacher and for an international education company and UK awarding body. Richard supports schools, multi-academy trusts and non-school partners with their Talk The Talk programmes, as well as the charity’s fundraising strategy.
June has managed all our bookings, trainers and finances for Talk The Talk since joining in April 2015, having previously worked for TTT’s Founder, John Bothamley, and for Four Acre Trust as an Administrator. Prior to this, June worked within administration and human resources roles for Marie Curie Cancer Care, English Churches Housing Group and Merit Direct.
Lei began with Talk The Talk in June 2024 and she liaises with the schools before and after the delivery of the workshops. Before joining the Talk The Talk team, Lei was a school teacher for ten years and worked in customer service before this. Lei lives in the Forest of Dean with her husband, daughter and her dog.
Kia liaises with the schools before and after the delivery of the workshops. Kia joined Talk The Talk in June 2025, prior to which, she completed a degree in Psychology with Criminology at the University of Birmingham. Kia took a gap year to travel around Australia and Southeast Asia.
Justyna joined the team in April 2025 and ensures the day-to-day finances run smoothly, with a strong focus on accuracy, organisation and building great relationships – whether it’s with customers, suppliers or teammates. Justyna is a dedicated finance professional qualified to AAT Level 3 (Diploma in Accounting) and currently studying for her ICB Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping. When she is not balancing the books or studying, you’ll probably find her in the kitchen, perfecting a new sourdough recipe.
Sally has managed the programme bookings for Talk The Talk since joining in November 2018. Having spent much of her later childhood abroad, she has remained in Herefordshire since returning and has experience of working in the areas of HR, Event Management and Marketing. Before joining Talk The Talk, Sally worked for a leadership development company, The Leadership Trust and also Wyvern Business Systems.
Amy became part of the team in October 2025, and she supports the administration of our programme bookings. Before joining Talk The Talk, Amy worked at Ledbury Town Council and more recently in hospitality. She’s a motorsport enthusiast with a particular love for Formula 1.
